Additional costs can be added to the form only when an In Transit warehouse is selected. The cost fields in Totals grid are enabled when the In Transit tick box is checked. The Cost Method must be selected otherwise they will not be applied.
Steps| 1. | Create the Warehouse Outwards form ticking In Transit warehouse |
| 2. | Complete details as required |
| 3. | Select Cost Based method from the list box attached to Added Cost Method |
| 4. | Enter in costs 1, 2 and 3 as required |
| 5. | Save and Activate |
The journal for the costs is only posted when the stock is received in the destination warehouse and is allocated across the stock based on the cost of stock being transferred
